Present Help Part 2

God was a lot quicker reaching Jonah than Jonah was in expressing a willingness to go God’s way.

Jeremiah said, God has a plan for our lives. But Jonah wanted no part and ran away from God’s will for his life. He wanted to get as far away as money and a passenger ship could take him, and he ran in to trouble. This could perhaps have been Jonah’s last opportunity. The opportunity some of you are being given could be your last opportunity so make the best of it. (Jonah 2:1) Jonah prayed unto the Lord his God out of the fish’s belly.

Prayer has been offered from many strange places under strange circumstances. If we had to wait until we could get to church to pray a lot of us would have never made it. Can you say amen!

Jonah prayed, (Jonah 2:10) And the LORD spake unto the fish, and it spit Jonah upon the dry land.

God reached Jonah in a hurry.

No matter how far out of reach you may seem today, no matter how many times you have went your own way, this moment is about making the right decision...right now! You are loved and you were created for more. Cry out to God right now to from wherever you are, He will answer you as He did Jonah and deliver you.
